About me

Marine & aquatic biology consulting

I'm a marine and aquatic biologist with over a decade of field experience across coral reefs, coastal sediments, and open water systems in Europe, the Indo-Pacific, and French Polynesia. I am currently completing my PhD at the École Pratique des Hautes Études (France) and Université Laval (Canada), investigating coral adaptation to environmental change through multi-omics analysis of host–microbiome interactions with fieldwork based in French Polynesia.

Before my PhD, I spent four years as a project leader and researcher at HYDRA Marine Sciences, coordinating international fieldwork and scientific diving campaigns. My research spans reef ecology, biodiversity assessment, plastic degradation, and microbial ecology.

Through my patente (a one-person scientific consulting company in French Polynesia) I offer independent field, analytical, and documentation services to academic institutions, environmental consultancies, NGOs, and media productions in the Pacific and beyond.
